Product Introduction
The CDZH biomass horizontal hot water boiler is a horizontal three return water fire tube hybrid boiler, with a bundle of threaded smoke tubes arranged inside the drum. There are light tube water-cooled walls installed on both sides of the furnace. Adopting a lightweight activity grate with manual feeding, equipped with a blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt a new energy-saving technology furnace arch. The fuel falls from the hopper onto the grate and enters the furnace for combustion. The flame refracts upwards through the rear arch, passes through the combustion chambers on both sides of the main body, and then turns back to the front smoke box. From the front smoke box, it returns to the boiler tube bundle and enters the economizer through the rear smoke box. Then, it is drawn by the induced draft fan through the flue and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Performance advantages
1. The boiler type is a horizontal quick release boiler with natural circulation of working fluid.
The heat exchange system of the boiler consists of a drum, left and right headers, and water-cooled walls. The main heating surfaces include the furnace water-cooled wall, some drums, and convective tube bundles inside the drums.
2. Advanced design performance:
The main heating surface tubes of the boiler are made of seamless steel pipes for 20 # low and medium pressure boilers, and the drum is made of boiler specific steel plates. The left and right collection boxes are made of seamless steel pipes.
3. The boiler arch is made of refractory concrete and compacted. The rear arch is low and long, so it burns well. The two wings of the flue and the side wall bricks are made of refractory sintered bricks. The front and rear walls of the boiler are made of universal refractory bricks.
4. Reasonable grate air distribution, large combustion chamber, and strong applicability of coal types. Suitable for various types of bituminous coal, anthracite coal, and blended coal. Fully burned. Due to the fact that high-temperature flue gas first enters the settling chamber and then enters the two wing flue and front smoke box from both sides, the smoke and dust removal effect is good.
5. The water cycle is simple, the structure of the compressed parts is reasonable, and it can operate safely while ensuring water quality.
6. The combustion equipment is a quick installation grate, which is manufactured and installed in the factory. After transportation to the construction site, it can be directly installed on the foundation. With reasonable and compact structure and low steel consumption, the boiler's performance, weight and structural dimensions are obviously progressiveness compared with domestic products of the same capacity.
7. Energy saving and environmental protection: adopting the latest gasification combustion technology, equipped with advanced gasification rotary combustion chamber, built-in swirl secondary air distribution, making fuel combustion more complete.
8. And efficient heat transfer elements - threaded smoke pipes - are used, coupled with reasonable flue gas flow rates, to increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The thermal efficiency is over 85%.
9. The boiler adopts green and renewable biomass wood pellet fuel promoted by the country, with zero CO2 emissions, a smoke emission concentration of less than 50mg/m3, and a smoke degree lower than Lingemann I level. All indicators meet the national first-class environmental protection standards.
10. Low operating costs: Due to the fact that the fuel wood biomass particles used in the boiler itself are a new type of environmentally friendly fuel supported and promoted by the state, it is a renewable resource. It has the characteristics of high calorific value, low cost, and wide source. Its operating cost is only a quarter of that of electric boilers and less than half of that of oil (gas) boilers.
11. High degree of automation: The digital integrated controller can automatically control the combustion conditions according to user settings, with simple and convenient operation, automatic ignition, automatic feeding, automatic ash cleaning, and gas boiler operation are equally convenient.
